Hamzeh Beyranvand is an assistant professor at the Electrical Engineering Department, Amirkabir University of Technology, Tehran, Iran.  He received his PhD in Electrical Engineering  from the Sharif University of Technology (SUT) in 2014, under the supervision of Prof. Jawad Salehi. He was a Visiting Associate Researcher with the Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique (INRS), Montréal, QC, Canada, from June 2013 to June 2014, under the supervision of Prof. Martin Maier.
